I would like to start a printing/custom patch embroidery business, what kind of affordable machines can I get? I would like to find an affordable alternative to the larger more expensive machines. For the printing I would like to find something that I can use to print out business cards (dbl sided) on heavy card stock (and be able to hook up to my computer) same goes for the embroidery (I would like to make custom patches) if anyone has any ideas or advise that would be greatly appreciated...

Are they any legit online custom embroidered patches company out there that is decently priced? I've looked at few options available like Butler Patches or NetProPatches, but both of them have bad reviews online and I'm not sure I should try either of them. I haven't seen anyone actually give a postive review to either companies. The alternative choices are either very expensive or look even shadier than the two I mentioned above. Are there any CHEAP good custom embroidered patches company out there (especially those without high min. orders or penalties for small orders)? Or am I asking for too much? I'm hoping to get approximately 100 patches with most likely 100% embroidery for my school club (=little/low funds :( don't want to go into debt for patches). Help?

Where can I get a custom embroidered patch made? I want a custom embroidered patch, just one, with a certain design on it. Embroidery machines are a bit out of my budget, so please don't suggest that I buy one. Does anyone know where I can go, online, to get a custom quote for a patch? A legit site that does not require a minimum purchase.

Where can I get custom embroideries on a leather jacket? I'm in the military, and while in a restaurant on base yesterday I saw a Senior Chief who had a gorgeous leather motorcycle jacket with all kinds of custom embroidered patches sewn into it, including mission patches on the shoulders, strings of text on the breast listing his accomplishments, and an enormous mural-like embroidery across the back which depicted a motorcycle and the words "VETS DON'T FORGET." Now, I was afraid to ask him, because he's a Senior Chief and he looked like a serious badass, but WHERE CAN I GET A JACKET LIKE THAT? I can get the jacket itself on my own, but how does one go about getting awesome custom embroideries like that?

Can i get a custom Digitized Embroidery and add it to my embroidery machine? Okae iam a super noob at all of this. I just basically want to get some designs made or digitized but i cant do it myself. So i was going to order some to get done but my questions is- its not really a patch i want to get done but more a design. I want to know is there a machine if any that can add new designs to it....preferably my own custom designs that i will get ordered. I checked the end of the internet and i cant seem to find the answer to this quesion. Thanks in advance. :-)

Where to find a lion rampant embroidery? We are making our very own custom coat of arms and it seems almost impossible to find a lion rampant embroidery pattern that is decent enough to use. i've looked into getting patches made but the min order amount is either huge or they want alot of money for smaller orders. Anyone have ideas where i can find a good pattern to use or get a good price on patches or something...looking for 3" and 6" pattern

How can I manufacture an original t-shirt? I'm trying to start an apparel/t-shirt business online and want to do it the right way. Alot of people screen print their designs on any old plain t-shirts, but that's whack. I want to be able to choose my own material (like cotton, acrylic, henley, etc), the fit (loose, tapered, etc), the application (screen printing, embroidery, patches, etc) and tag (though it will probably be S/P'd on the inside as well). I know there's probably not one single place I could go to where that can all come together, but I'm curious to know how many stops I'd have to make and get a ballpark of how much I'd have to spend. Who do you go to with the material you want and say "Here, these are the measurements." and how do companies get their own custom tags? It's kind of backwards that this is the last information I need to get going. Can anyone knowledgable offer me help? If so, please, be as specific as possible. Thank you! - RMM

Im already thinking ahead and I wanted to do this for my boyfriend. Guys, let me know what you think? He owns his own decal business but he only does screen prints. I wanted to create a custom made hoodie (since he loves his hoodie) with his logo stitched on the back and four patches custom made to go down the sleeve. No one else will have this and this will be the first garmet with embroidery with his logo. Im starting on it now so by Christmas it'll be all set. A little pricey but he's worth it.
