Summary: in There were no stitches but instead this bracelet had to stay on until the evening It is full of air which has to be removed gradually until the evening before removing the bracelet I have great news All went well and thank God I do not have any arteries blocked However I shall not do the same mistakes again I shall continue exercising relaxing cooking healthier
